PAVE is the online portal where you submit your application to enroll as a Medi-Cal provider.
WHY IS PAVE REQUIRED?

The PAVE portal is the Provider Enrollment Division's (PED) web-based application designed to simplify and accelerate enrollment processes. Providers can utilize the portal to complete and submit applications and report changes to existing enrollments.

Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and Local Health Jurisdictions (LHJs) that provide certain services must enroll in PAVE. Individual doulas and doula groups must also enroll in PAVE.
